COVID 19 GuideLines

Commitment to Safety

We committed to Thailand’s Public Health Ministry and Tourism Committee Rules and Regulations Safety and Cleaning guidelines.

These guidelines were created based on publicly available COVID-19 related guidance from the World Health Organization.

Here’s what We committed to
Tour Guide
  • Have to communicate with tourists in order to prevent and reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) while traveling.
  • Tour guide, assistant guide, driver, and tourist must wear a cloth mask or hygienic mask every time they are on duty or while traveling.
  • To supervise the screening and body temperature check of tour guides, assistant guides, drivers, car attendants, and tourists. If the body’s temperature is equal to or more than 37.5 degrees Celsius, or if the person has symptoms of fever, cough, sneeze, or running nose, Immediately notify the relevant agencies to transfer those who have symptoms to a hospital.
  • Direct everyone to wear a cloth mask or hygienic mask before starting work or traveling every time and throughout the duration of the trip.
  • An explanation to the tourists about how to take care of themselves before the start of the tour/excursion, such as social distancing, putting on/taking off/disposing of masks in properly correct behavior,
Temperature Check
  • All tourists will be going through a body temperature check before getting on the vehicle. If found to have a body temperature equal to or more than 37.5 degrees Celsius, or have symptoms of fever, cough, sneeze, or running nose, Immediately notify the relevant agencies to transfer those who have symptoms to a hospital.
Practicing good hygiene
  • Follow hand washing guidelines and ensure all participants wear a protective face covering. Cleaning equipment is provided for all tourists throughout the tour program, such as cloth masks, hygienic masks, hand soap, and a small bottle or tube of sanitizer gel or alcohol for tourists to carry with them while traveling.
Following cleaning guidelines
  • If applicable, clean and sanitize accessible spaces before every experience. A daily cleaning and disinfection of the sightseeing vehicle every time after and before using the service, emphasizing on common touch points such as handrails, armrests, backrest handrails, seat windows, etc.
Group sizes are limited.
  • Limit groups to 10 guests or fewer to allow for appropriate social distancing.
Avoiding physical contact
  • Practice social distancing by the relevant local authority.
