Wat Trimitr – Golden Buddha Temple , located in China Town , the temple houses the high revered 5.5 tonnes pure solid gold sitting Buddha from 1300AD.

Drive through China Town

After finish the golden Buddha Temple , drive through China Town , get a glimpse of the main business area along Yao Wa Rach road.

Yao-Wa-Rach Road is also a well-known Walking Food Street at Night , start from 19.00pm until mid-night.

Visit Wat Pho

Wat Pho – a breathtaking complex that house the famous impressive Reclining Buddha and a birthplace of Traditional Thai Massage. 

Visit Royal Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha Temple

The Royal Grand Palace, the Jewel in Bangkok’s architectural Crown, built in 1782AD. The former royal Residence of King Rama I , II, III and IV . Now is still use for royal and state Ceremonies.   

In the same compound – located the most frequently visit by foreigner tourists and locals ” the Emerald Buddha Temple ” which houses the most highly revered Buddha Image carved from one piece of Jade.

Inside , it is richly and intricately decorated that once entering , you will feel as if were in the “City of Angel “.

Day 3Highlights of Ayutthaya Tour

After breakfast, check out then pick up to

Explore Ayutthaya, the unique breathtaking historical complex of the former 417 years ancient Capital of Siam. 

Firstly Visit Bang Pa-In summer palace, built in 1630AD in the Ayutthaya period. It was left untouched until the reign of King Rama IV, and then king Rama V made it as his summer palace. 

Next up proceed to visit the iconic Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, built in the mid 15th Century. King Naresuan the great ( who ruled Ayutthaya between 1590-1605AD ) added a large Chedi to the temple ground to commemorate his victory over the Burmese.

After that continue to visit Wat Mahathat, a religious center where the Buddha ‘s Relic is kept and the residence of the Supreme Patriarch.

One of the highlights is sandstone Buddha head stick in the Bodhi tree root since 1767AD.

Feeling hungry? Time for another delicious meal. Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch visit Wat Phra Sri San Phet. The temple was used for royal ceremonies and storing Royal’s relics & was the Royal residence.

Even most of the buildings were burned, but still have its charm & attractive to Visitors

Day 4Lopburi >Old Khmer Empire & 2nd Palace of King Narai of Ayutthaya then transfer to Pitsanulok

Highlights of Lopburi. Firstly visit Phra Phrang Sam Yot , three connected Phrang of Khmer Stone Sunctuary from 10th – 13th Centyry located at the middle of City and the area incredibly dominated by group of Monkeys

Next up to sightsee the former second Palace ” Phra Narai Ratchanivet ” of Ayutthaya’s famous King ” King Na Rai ” who ruled Ayutthaya between 1656 – 1688AD and sent an ambassador to France “ King Louis 14 “

Then proceed to Pitsanulok province.

Lunch is at local Restaurant on the way.

Once arrive stop to visit Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat, the iconic Temple which house the most beautiful Buddha in Thailand, built in the late 1300AD “ Sukhothai Period ”

Day 5Srisatchanalai Historical Site of Sukhothai Tour in Sukhothai province

” Sri Sat Cha Na Lai ” Historical Park, literally mean ” City of Good People “, was found in 1250AD as the second centre of the ” Sukhothai Kingdom”

It was the Residence of the Crown Prince in the 13th and 14th centuries. The City was rectangular in shape. In the 16th century, a 5 meters high wall with an upstream moat was built to fend off the growing Burmese attacks.

The location of the town was facilitated by two neighboring dominant hills.

Day 6Sukhothai Historical Park then transfer to Chiang Mai

the ” World Heritage ” Sukhothai Historical Park.

It was the first Capital of Thailand – 1238AD. The city’s walls form a rectangle about 2 km ( 1.2 mile ) east-west by 1.6 km. (0.9 mile ) north-south.

There are 193 ruins on 70 SQkm of Land. Inside are the remains of the Royal Palace and 26 temples, the largest being Wat Mahathat.

Day 7 Hill Tribe Village & White Temple @ Chiang Rai

Day 8visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep & proceed to Lampang

Day 9Lampang > see the Highlights & experience local Activity

Here where the legend of Lampang Ceramic begin, a walk through the Ceramic legend and see the procedure how each step are made.

Next up sightsee the Temple ” Wat Phra That Lampang Luang “,where the history of Lampang begin & the iconic Lan-na style temple which house the bones relics of the Buddha.

After that go to visit Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao , once the Emerald Buddha was installed here in between 1434-1468AD, before it was moved to Chiang Mai , Lao and then now in Bangkok.

Day 10Khamphaeng-Phet Historical Park

After Breakfast ,check out then  pick up for visiting :

Khamphaeng-Phet Historical Park. It is an ancient Town. The plan of the town is trapezium in shape with its length parallel to the river.

Its town wall is 2,400 metres ling in the North , 2160 metres ling in the South,540 metres wide in the East and 220 metres wide in the West.

The Town wall was made of Laterite, inside & outside the town, there are a large number of both big and small ancient monument in ruins. Most of them are remains of Sanctuaries.

Next up drive to country side on the way , normally there are some local plantations like a pineapple plantation that we can stop for tasting or photo.

After that continue to Kanchanaburi

Day 11Kanchanaburi > first day > visit Elephant Haven of Thailand 1 day program

After Breakfast, pick up for visiting :

the Elephant Haven for 1 day program. Typically start from 09.00am until 15.00pm. that including the following activities :

  • Walk side by side with Elephants into the Jungle
  • Watch them enjoy playing in a mud pit
  • Bathing & playing or swimming with Elephants in the River.

Hellfire pass where the big Mountain was cut through to pave the way to laid the Railway, cause of the POWs were forced to work day & night with the Torch & sound from their hammered the rock that symbolized Hellfire.

Next up visit  Khmer Empire from 11th – 13th Century “ Muang Sing Historical Park ”

Then continue to Tham KraSae Cave Death Railway Station, a walk to see around then catch the moment when the Train approaching the station at very slowly glide on the Railway which seem hang on the Cliff while another side deep down is the River Kwai.

10.00am > Enjoy Floating Market / Shopping / Eating / stroll around

To experience Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where locals in traditional farmer dress and hat paddle their small boat full of varieties of fresh tropical Thai fruits and many other kinds of local ready-to-serve food.

Here , you can walk to see around or buy a ticket 150 THB for a seat on paddle boat go along Canal to experience the market.

Or just relax by sitting & sipping local coffees.
